2. Permitted Uses:

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• • Store your photograph(s) in Company systems (e.g., Google Drive and Google Sheets);
• • Use your photograph(s) for driver identification and verification;
• • Share your photograph(s) with authorized personnel, including those in safety, fleet, HR, and dispatch departments;
• • Incorporate your photograph(s) into communications with relevant departments as necessary for operational purposes.

3. Data Security:

The Company will implement and maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your photograph(s) from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your photograph(s) will be securely stored on Google Drive and Google Sheets with appropriate access controls.

4. Retention Period:

Your photograph(s) will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above or as required by law. After this period, they will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Company's data retention policies.

5. User Rights:

You have the right to:

• • Access your photograph(s) upon reasonable request;
• • Request deletion of your photograph(s), subject to the Company's legal obligations;

6. Legal Compliance and Governing Law:

This consent agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Company will process your photograph(s) in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
